AREA 54 Mobile Operations is being built as a one-stop mobile entertainment system for private parties, schools, churches, corporate events, fundraisers, after-proms, festivals and community events across Missouri and the Midwest.

Attractions, rates, service limits, launch timing and booking rules will continue to be updated as field testing is completed. Online booking is intentionally locked until AREA 54 is ready to accept confirmed Mobile Operations requests.

Instead of asking your event to travel to one entertainment center, AREA 54 Mobile Operations brings multiple attractions to your location. The experience can scale from one attraction to a larger multi-attraction event, with the equipment mix adjusted around your guest count, available space, event length and location.
Our goal is to remove the usual problem of trying to coordinate multiple entertainment vendors. One AREA 54 booking can eventually combine gaming, tactical tag, RC racing, sports simulation and casual yard-game entertainment into one coordinated operation.

30' ENCLOSED TRAILER
A temperature-controlled trailer modified into the AREA 54 theme, designed to support indoor gaming and serve as the operational hub for larger events.
20+ GUEST CAPACITY
The trailer is being designed to comfortably support 20+ guests while rotating larger groups through additional attractions outside.
TRAILER OR TRANSIT VAN
The equipment package and event size determine whether the full trailer or a smaller Transit Van deployment makes the most sense.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR
Many attractions can operate outdoors, but selected experiences can also be moved indoors when venue space allows. Weather and site conditions will always be part of final approval.

INDOOR VIDEO GAMING
Multiple big-screen TVs, gaming consoles and a rotating game library powered by mobile internet connectivity. Guests play from inside the temperature-controlled trailer with bench seating and surround sound.
OUTDOOR TACTICAL TAG
AREA 54 tactical gameplay built at your event. We use the space available to create a custom field and adjust the battlefield around the location rather than forcing every event into one fixed layout.
RC / FPV RC RACING
Guests race AREA 54 RC vehicles through a custom course. Traditional manual driving and first-person-perspective modules can create two different ways to experience the same attraction.
MULTI-SPORT SIMULATOR
Golf, putting and additional sports such as baseball and football from a simulator positioned outside the trailer under weather protection. Final game and sport library will be listed as the equipment package is finalized.
AREA 54 YARD GAMES
A rotating collection of AREA 54-designed casual challenge stations for guests between featured attractions. Expect target, toss, precision, putting, team and skill-based games that can scale to the size and style of the event. Individual game names and final formats will be revealed as our original Mobile Ops lineup is completed.

The final booking engine will not simply ask, “Which attraction do you want?” It will ask how many people you expect, how long you need entertainment, what space is available and where the event is located—then help recommend an attraction mix that can actually service the crowd.

REQUEST
The customer submits date, time, event duration, location, guest count and attraction interests.
TRAVEL CHECK
The system compares requested equipment against approved bookings and whether transport/setup time is realistic.
APPROVAL
AREA 54 reviews the request. Nothing is reserved simply because a form was submitted.
EQUIPMENT LOCK
Once approved, the attractions tied to that event become unavailable to conflicting requests.
24-HOUR BUFFER
The initial architecture reserves a 24-hour blackout window around approved attraction use until real operating data tells us whether the buffer should be shorter or longer.
